Short-term use only

I bought this in hopes that I would be able to use it until my son was a teenager. Only to find out that after 16 months, I’m needing to buy a new bed because there is no such thing as the toddler conversion kit for this bed. Unless you want to take the front off and leave the side bars, exposed and allow your toddler to roll out of bed, You might want to buy something new. Apparently, none of the guards are compatible for this bed either.

MISLEADING - DOES NOT CONVERT TO SAFE TODDLER BED

This product is NOT as advertised and very midleading. It is marketed as a 4-in-1 Convertibel Bed, however the bed does not transiton into a SAFE toddler bed since no guardrails are included. There are no conversion kits available for this model and no compatible replacement parts. So basically the bed is useless for my toddler. I have to buy a new toddler bed and maybe store these bulky pieces until it can be used a a full bed. SUCH A WASTE!

Only a 1-in-1 Crib

Good crib but the toddler conversion kit is not available any more so it only functions as a crib.

BEWARE: NO Toddler Safety Rail for THIS Model (?)

How can this company advertise that it converts to toddler bed, but is THE crib that does not accommodate a safety rail? Isn't Graco a company that make safe products for babies and toddlers? How irresponsible was the design for this! I would like Graco to explain in print why this model was intentionally designed for no safety rail.

Misleading Description

Like so many other reviews state, this bed is not a true conversion bed. I bought this in 2000 based on description that it could be converted into a toddler bed. No such conversion exists. Now that my child is ready for a toddler bed I'm forced to basically buy a new bed since the 'toddler bed' for this model is just taking the entire front railing off and leaving the metal frame completely exposed.

DOES NOT CONVERT TO TODDLE CRIB

This crib says its 4-in-1 meaning in order to convert the crib to a toddler bed you have to take off the front panel. After I spoke with the manufacturing company they informed me that this crib isn't compatible with any rails. So your toddler can just roll right off the bed. That's the "conversion". Real safe. Never buying Graco or Storkcraft again!!

Don't buy for longterm use!

Bought this when my daughter was first born in hopes of using it throughout the years. The paint has chipped horribly &, now that she's older, I'm unable to find the toddler rail anywhere! Feels like a waste of money since I'm going to need to buy her a whole other bed...
