Nice but squeaks after a while
We started out loving it. But seems the more we use it the squeakier it gets. Almost like it needs to be oiled up. Other than that it’s great. I will say it’s big and takes up a good amount of space whenever you intend on keeping it. And of course it need to be plugged in. We had to use an extension cord to place it where we wanted in our room

Squeaky and clunky
My son is 5 weeks old and we liked this at first. But after 5 weeks it has started making weird noises like squeaks that are so loud and annoying. Nothing like finally getting your baby to sleep only to be woken up an hour later by their noisy bassinet. It’s also very clunky sounding which I can get past but it is loud for a baby bassinet. For the price of this it’s not worth it. We had a snoo with our third baby and it was 1000 times better. We decided to buy this for our fourth and it was a fail. Don’t waste your money on this because it will break after 5 weeks. Very disappointed because this was not cheap to buy! Do better Graco.

Cheap for a reason
Giving it 2 stars because it’s aesthetically pleasing but it deserves zero. From out of the box this bassinet had a loud clunking sound. Once our baby arrived we noticed the cry detection is very delayed and doesn’t kick in until he is full on crying & needs to be soothed by us. If I hear him starting to ramp up and turn the rocking motion on he will go back to sleep but that defeats the purpose of the cry detection. Our baby is only 11 weeks old and the bassinet has started this horrible squeaking sound that wakes us and baby up so the motion feature is no longer able to be used. I would have much rather splurged on the snoo.

Do not recommend
We received this as a gift for our baby born last December, so we have used it for 3 months now. While it looks pretty and has a lot of functions, it is highly impractical since there are no replacement mattresses or mattress sheets available, and both items must be air-dried after washing. The rocking feature seems too strong even at the lowest setting. The worst part is that about a month ago, the rocking feature started squeaking terribly loudly from time to time. We tried to see if it would resolve on its own but it has persisted. Last night, the loud squeaking sound woke our baby up which is incredibly frustrating when we just want our baby to have optimal sleep. I will no longer be using the rocking feature and plan to transition baby to a crib in the near future. Seeing similar reviews about the squeaking issue, it doesn’t seem like this product was tested well enough prior to release, and I don’t think it’s worth the price, unfortunately.

Horrible Mechanical Sounds! Cheap Mattress
I don't understand how Graco could design such a nice product and execute so poorly. This bassinet sounds so loud and clunky. The sounds come and go and we constantly reposition the bassinet to try to mitigate it. Also, "the mattress" that came with it was so slim it wore down easily making the surface so hard it wasnt possible to sleep. Also, why don't they sell spare sheets and matress covers?? The bassinet is an odd shape making finding aftermarket accessories a challange. Everything about this bassinet should be awesome but it's not.

Beautiful and functional
We upgraded from our old clunky 2nd hand bassinet and couldn't be happier. The soothing technology is fantastic and I really appreciate the sleek style and design.

Waste of money
Bought this product in November, my baby was born in December. She slept in it for a couple weeks and it wouldn’t rock. Reached out to Graco and they sent a new motor. 1 week later that motor doesn’t work and the motherboard part is spazzing out.

Disappointed not worth the money
Bought it used a month and the mother board went out they sent a replacement out now within two months it will not rock. I’m so disappointed.
