What I ordered versus what I received!

I ordered this chair with the ottoman for my bedroom. Sadly I received a small purple vinyl children’s chair . What made it worst was the horrible customer service , I believe it was AI generated as I never spoke to someone from hitway as in stay away from this company! Macys customer service was even worst . As I literally had to take the stupid huge boxed children’s chair to the UPS store to return!
