Other occasion to buy:Emailed company about the defective chair and they never responded to me. I was looking for a replacement chair free of charge. The other chairs were ok so I didn’t want to send those back to the company.

One bad chair out of group.

Not a bad chair would be completely satisfied if one of my chairs did not look like the pictures below. I do not know how to get a replacement chair. This chair had some aesthetic problems. The thread is unraveling from the chair and the connectors don’t fit quite right. The other three chairs look great. The chair is lightweight but sturdy.
