item eaters stop responding

I purchased this item for my office and its only been 4 months and the bake, broil and other features refuse to work. will be requesting a return label

Broke in less than 6 months!

It’s awful very expensive and as of today December 5, 2020 stopped working!!!!

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY

I purchased this the end of May for a mid June house-warming for my niece. I recently found out of that by mid-September it had stopped working! How embarrassing and disgusting! I am extremely upset and expect a full refund to replace this useless toaster oven. In these unprecedented times we are now experiencing, one must be more diligent about how they spend their money. It is definitely not something to be thrown away on an item that works for only two months. Ridiculous! I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I feel this purchase was a complete waste of money...BUYER BEWARE!

It gave me an E error after a month of use, I wished I'd returned then, few months later it kept happening and now I can't return

Worst purchase from Macys

If I can give 0 stars I would! Shipped trays and grill part broken. Now after two months of use this thing gave up and the door is broken. Returning it immediately.

i ordered this and within a month it stopped working. i definitely would return and not reorder. Very disappointed.

Cheap plastic parts

I used this air fryer for only the third time today and the plastic piece holding the hinge for the door broke, making it useless to me.
