This is a good quality set of dinnerware with a nice weight to each piece. They have a golf ball texture to them and are easy to clean We have used them multiple times with no scratch or cut marks like you see on cheaper quality dishes. One thing I don't like is that the bowls are smaller than a typical sized bowl. Also, beware if ordering online. Packaging was atrocious with one screwed up piece of paper in the oversized shipping box which did not prevent the dinnerware box from moving around One bowl arrived broken. I had the choice of a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement then got an email a few days later saying it wasn't in stock.... It was in stock when I called though. A few days later I got a refund which I didn't want because I preffered to have a full set.
