Disappointed

Bought 2 sets of glasses. 1 set was good. Both glasses in the 2nd set were flawed. Disappointed.

No shipping update.

I ordered these glasses weeks ago and have had no update on shipping. It only states that a label was created. I reached out to Macy's via email and have had no response. Very frustrated, such poor customer service.

Worth it!

So much nicer than I thought they would be. I bought some from another company that were similar and I wasn’t impressed. These are lovely though. I ended up purchasing all three sets. They will be perfect for holiday entertaining.

Beautiful glasses but…

These are even nicer than they look in pictures - very unique, excellent quality. HOWEVER, the package says ‘hand wash only’ while the product description online says ‘machine washable’ (!). I decided to keep them because I liked them so much, but I’m VERY disappointed that I can’t put them in the dishwasher.
