The product is a sensitive product and is not packaged properly, it has no protection... I was anxiously waiting for it and it arrived all broken.

Confirming Process

Never received the cracker trays and not notified that I wouldn’t receive the products. I contacted the virtual assistant and after a confusing process, it said they would resend the products or I would receive a refund. I then received an email indicating a refund, so am I to assume I will not be receiving the cracker trays with no explanation.
