Great Crystal Coasters

I really like the style, weight and price of these crystal coasters. I’ve tried others but these are the best. We use them as covers for glass goblets.

Lovely

I read the reviews stating that the set is for 12 coasters but many received only 4 so I was hesitant to purchase. I'm glad I went ahead because I received the full number of 12 coasters and they are beautiful, sturdy and wide enough to fit all my glasses as well as some smaller mugs. There's a lip on each so if there are any dribbles, your table top will not get wet. Overall, am extremely happy. I put a few silicone dots on the bottom because I didn't want the smooth bottoms to maybe scratch my table.

Missing 8 coasters

Only received 4 out of twelve, what a disgrace on Macy's part! Either send the rest to me or give me a refund.

Very disgruntled

I ordered the pack of 12 coasters I only received 1 pk of 4. I called to have it resolved, and was told to return the item to a Macys store and they will mail me the correct item. I questioned why not send me two more boxes of 4 to complete the order.? The customer service representative insisted I have to return the item first then they will ship me the correct item. Only to see the money refunded to my account! I called today and got the run around from customer care representative. She insisted the item is no longer available ! Macy’s, I’m a frequent shopper and this is very distasteful and I need the items shipped to me right away! Fix it Macy’s! Do better! Do the damage repair! Awaiting a favorable response as I need my items for a weeding in two weeks! Very disappointed!

False advertising

Advertised as a set of 12 but I only received a set of 4. I called customer service and they cannot send the rest to fulfill the advertised amount even though they have them in stock!
