Will Not Consider Macy's First or Second for My Or

I placed an order for pick up. I checked twice that it was at the location near me. It still went to a different location. My friend said she would pick it up while I had to re-purchase the same item at the store near me. I called the number I was given to cancel the order that went to the wrong store, but they said they couldn't. So, I called the store and told them that my friend was going to pick it up, and gave them her name. The employee said she had made a note of it. When my friend got there, they said they had no knowledge of her picking it up. Nothing but hassle!! I am only giving 2 stars because the people at the Lynnhaven store were so nice and apologetic. Otherwise, I would give 1 star.

Doesn’t look or feel like crystal.

Not sure if this is real crystal. If so, it’s a different grade than what I own or have seen. To me it just appears to be cut glass. I gave it as a gift and was a little embarrassed. Pretty to look at from a distance but that’s it. Should’ve known you get what you pay for :-)
