High end look

great scale; easy to use, looks very upscale (no pun intended) in my bathroom; great price

Poor performance from Macy's

the scale came with a dead battery. I called a Macy's rep who said she would promptly send a replacement. I have not seen the new replacement scale yet !!! In addition, I tossed the bad scale. Please look into this immediately for me.
