nice but poorly made!

I love how pretty and sparkly the bracelet is but after one use the chain broke. I wonder if I can return it or at least exchange it... now I don't know what to do with a broken bracelet. I feel like I wasted my money on it! I hope someone could help me with this. I'll gladly make another review if Macy's could help me with this.
