Bracelet will turn

When I first received it, it was not in any nice packaging just in a plastic bag. I wanted to give it a minute before I gave my review. It does get stuck on the higher part of my arm at times and now I’m noticing fading areas where the gold is starting to wear off and silver is showing. I expected more from this company.
