A Kitchen Staple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several of these now, they are great for scraping the mixing bowl, but also the flat side as a bench scraper and having the ruler is so handy for measuring dough!

Best bench knife ever!

This is the very best bench knife I’ve ever used. It’s also perfect since it doesn’t cut through my silicone baking sheet. I can’t wait to try it for other culinary tasks.

Handy to have around

Useful for removing chopped items from the cutting board, as it works well and avoids having a metal blade in close proximity to some of my high-end Japanese knives. Feels nice in the hand to boot!

Awesome Kitchen Mat

This is one of the best kitchen mats I've used. It's temperature range safety up to 550 F is way higher than other fiberglass-based ones, and also because it's silicone and not fiberglass-based it can be folded any which way without ruining the mat. Beyond cooking functionality in the oven, it can also be cut to different sizes which I haven't done but is awesome if I wanted multiple smaller mats for my quarter and eighth baking pans. I've also used this as a prep mat to place things before cooking. The only place where things got a little messy was when I tried to use this for a high-hydration sourdough when I was forming it into a ball to rest; the dough began sticking almost immediately so I wouldn't use it for that again. Otherwise, it's performed beautifully and I would definitely get another one to cut up into smaller sizes for my various baking pan sizes.

Nearly perfect

As designed this guy is very nearly perfect. In practice, it is just a little bit too large for my uses. I'd live to see a version that is about 2/3rd the size, but with the same shape!
