Warm razor

Works well. Charges fast and feels great on the skin. A warm shaver is a must. Don’t focus on the price you can enjoy quality razor for years if taking care of. This is my second razor. My first heated razor lasted four years and the charger base gave out. So take a today to treat yourself to a new razor and enjoy every moment of a new day with a warm shave first. My wife got me this razor and I love it!!!

Great product, terrible can

The product inside the can is excellent: best shave cream ever. The problem is the dispenser can. Every can thus far either doesn't want to dispense product at all or it wants to shoot it across the room. One can literally blew the green lid off while it was sitting in a drawer. I have photos if anyone at Labs is interested. This qualifies for product recall in my view. I do, however, look forward to these issues getting sorted because the actual product is great.

Bought three - all broke in 6-12 months. I tried!

I went through three of these. They all broke. First time simply stopped charging. Got a new one as art of shaving refused to replace. Remember- the battery cannot be replaced. Second one fell apart at the circle. I could not change blades. Again refused replacement. Third time in under six months the circle started to come apart again but held long enough for the battery to stop working. I had enough. I bought the much cheaper Gillette labs razor which I think will be more durable and uses the same blades. To heat my razor I will use hot water. In the meantime, heated razor goes in the trash! PLEASE NOTE- the heated razor works great when it’s working. All these positive reviews reflect the new product. Wait six months to a year. Then see what they say!

Runny new gel.

Very disappointed in new Gillette Shave Gel. Have been using Edge since it first came out. Used to putting it on my face and rubbing it into an immediate lather. Now, when I put it on my face, it immediately starts running down my face. Will be looking for new gel unless old formula is returned. Why does everything have to change for the worse????? Cheaper product I’m guessing.

Big things come in small packages.
