Very Disappointed

Ordered 3 sets for our upcoming kitchen remodeling and was excited to receive my dishes. Only one box had black dishes and the other two sets were an odd dull brownish color. Several bowels were broken, many were scratched. I will be contacting CS in the morning. I was hoping these would have arrived in perfect condition. They were mailed in the box the company packed them in with no additional packaging for shipping to customers.

Great quality stoneware

I loved the look of these dishes but was not familiar with the brand. Took a chance and ordered 2 sets. Unfortunately even though they are so well packed a dinner plate was in pieces and sent back. The set I kept was heavy and of good quality. Love that the stoneware doesn’t get so darn hot in microwave and you burn your fingers. These are the perfect set, nice size plates and bowls. Picked them as we do not need coffee mugs and there are not many sets without them.

Nice upgrade to match my new kitchen.

Stylish and modern, I am very pleased with this set from Gibson. They are heavier than most dishes. I’m very happy I did away with my former standard white sets of the past.

Broken Upon Delivery

I bought this item as a gift, but it was shipped in the box in which the plates were stored in & not an additional box, stuffed with bubble wrap, so most of the plates were damaged in transit to my home. Very disappointed.

Color is not as shown

The color shown as "white" is not actually "white," it is a light grey. I compared the color to a piece of white paper and it is light grey. I'm trying to submit photos, but they aren't loading. Not sure if I'm going to keep them.
