I had an amazing time at Macys.

Very good experience, great. I had a very pleasant experience at Macys; I was in Macys of the Galleria at Houston, TX. and also visited Macys of Sugarland, TX. Both stores: they were attentive, very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I was looking for me, Mother-of-the Groom formal dress and found it at Macy's !! Not only the personnel at the store ladies' formal attire, but also the ones at the perfume, makeup and ladys' shoes departments. I would always recommend Macys. I had an amazing experience!

The shoes themselves are very cute but arrived scuffed up looking and they felt just a bit too loose.

Had to return them

The shoes I received were not as the ones beautifully pictured. They were an ash white/brown. They did not look good at all. Not sure if it was the material used or the quality of the material, but not attractive at all.

Giana Bernini Women’s Shoes

Very cute shoe, however I returned them the soles looked unworn but the tops were faded and dusty… Better quality control is needed as these definitely were not first quality. Giving two stars because shipping was quick.
