Boot instep

Bootie looks nice, but the instep is cut so low that it hurt my foot. (I do not have a high instep-top of foot)

Insanely painful

Very Disappointed in how painful these boots are. Also I'm stuck with them because they are a final sale item. I've purchased some very nice comfortable quality boots from Macy's in the past so I was shocked when trying to get these hard unbending material onto my foot THEN tried walking around. They rub in multiple places expecially the ankle area. I'll take them to goodwill. Hopefully someone can try them on first and have a foot that fits these boots. (Or at least a high pain tolerance.)

Never received

App shows it is delivered, tracking says the same but I cannot find it at my place anywhere….I don’t know what to do next - I need my refund as I didn’t received and the 2nd order is delayed. What is wrong….
