Not my style

I would have liked it if it had a place to put credit card slots so I don’t need a wallet. The leather was perfect! I returned it but could recommend it to anyone who carries a wallet in their purse.

Perfect Engineering!

This is a perfect purse. It's perfectly engineered. I love how the strap can be doubled in length to make it crossbody purse when needed. I love how the zippers are plastic and not metal so that the tops of my palms are never scratched (so that I barely need a hand lotion in dry winter months). I love how there is a small zippered compartment on the front outside where I keep my phone all by itself. I love how there are four large compartments three of them zippered. There are also two tiny compartments on the inside of the purse for cosmetics, etc. I love how the purse is made of soft material so that when I press it against my body it shapes around my body and does not bruise me. This is the third purse of this exact design that I bought. I had a beige one that lasted me many years, and I recently bought a white one and this black one. I love how the zippers open wide on the main compartments so that I can see clearly the contents of the compartments all the way to the bottom.

bad bag

I bought the brown one in Oct 23, 2023. I thought the bad was great but now not so much I didnt even have this bag a year its now 6/6/2024 the strap on one side is falling apart. Im very upset. I went to Macy and ask what they could do she gave me the upc number and the style number and told me to call the number on the bill I had-so I did and waited 23 minutes on hold until it disconnected me.. I would be happy with an even exchange - seems like I am getting a run around. I know some would say wear and tear but its not even a year and Ive had shoulda bag for 5 or 6 years no wear and tear on any strap
