coin clasp does not work

I had set this purchase aside until I had met a goal as a reward to myself. I threw away packaging and started to fill with my belongings today & was dismayed to find that the clasp on coin purse part does not work at all. I've looked at it and tried to find a way to still use it but there is no way. How can I return or exchange it, I did not really use it but have no receipt except this purchase history here.

It seems to be the right size for my needs but is a bit thick when filled.

Kiss Lock does not close

This is a beautiful wallet however it arrived flawed. The kiss lock for the coin compartment does not lock at all. The wallet should not have passed inspection. I am returning it.

Very attractive

I was hesitant to order this online but was pleasantly surprised . The pictures didn't do it justice. Very attractive and stylish. Was looking for a wallet that had enough card slots as well as a coin holder and this met my needs. With the sale coupon this was a no-brainer. This wallet is replacing one I had for over 10 years so hopeful it lasts as long.
