I kept the purse and so regret it. my daughter said mom that purse looks like plastic. I think they put a lot of cushion and slapped the cheapest leather. I had this brand of purse like 15 years ago and it was true leather thicker and no cushioning. Do not buy. do yourself a favor and spend 100 dollars more for a quality purse. I can't believe Macy's allows the sale of this hand bag. If I could give zero stars I would.

Look like a poorly made plastic bag. I returned it right where I picked up. Everything I brought from Macy's are pretty good, I don't understand what happen to this bag. I liked out-bags.

Bought it Twice

This bag is a very nice size to hold all my necessary items. I like the two outer zipper pockets which are large enough to hold my cell phone and large ring of keys. The inside is spacious and also has a zipper pocket. I liked this bag so much that this is a duplicate of the one I am currently carrying!

Extremely disappointed!!

I purchased this same “Napa leather” purse 5 years ago in black. It was gorgeous and I used it so much that it began to look a bit worn. I decided to buy a new one in navy blue and received it two days ago. When I removed it from the box I was so disappointed to find a purse that wasn’t anything like it used to be. It feels like cheap vinyl not Napa leather! The craftsmanship also leaves a lot to be desired and the back zipper is defective. I used to love Macy’s but now I’m really not happy with the quality of merchandise that Macy’s now offers, from purses to clothing and also household items. Will not be shopping with this company again until they stop trying to cut corners and save money. They are ripping off their customers and playing us for fools. Get it together Macy’s and change your business model!

Poor Quality

I feel I threw my money out of the window. I missed the return time and kept it ; have no choice. The worst quality of purse I ever bought. Doesn’t look good, very light, short and uncomfortable and slips from my shoulder. Never recommend this for anyone.
