Can’t return a defective item???

Was disappointed with this necklace because the clasp was broken. Took it back to Macy’s and the young man at the online return counter told me they don’t take back broken jewelry returns but he would make a one time exception!! What store doesn’t take back their own returns if it’s defective? I took it back 3 days after receiving it! Shop at Macy’s quite a bit but didn’t like that customer service at all!

It's ok i guess

My chain was broken, the part you clip to hold the chain together is loose and wont stay closed at all. I need to visit a nearby Macy's to fix it but getting a product like this makes it feel like cheap it's material.

very nice chain

nice look and feel. just received it, hope it last and doesn’t break. I’ve had bad luck with Gianni chains. this one feels a little heavier. very nice.
