Why would you put earrings in an envelope to mail them. They are sashed!! Very disappointed

These did not come out how the picture looked I’m pretty sure I got the wrong ones sent or something because the stones are really tiny and nothing like the ones on the pictures may I get the correct ones sent or something?

I should’ve listened to other reviews

Stems bent upon receipt of item and bigger stones than I was looking for. I should’ve paid attention to the reviews. Not worth the money.
