Bad quality

I ordered these earrings as a gift for my sister’s birthday. However, upon receiving them, I noticed that they were not packaged as a gift but instead placed in a standard plastic bag. Additionally, the color appears significantly darker than expected, giving the impression that they may have been previously used or stored for an extended period, leading to discoloration.

Returned arrived damaged

they should be ashamed sending a product out like this especially for the price! They arrived and look TARNISHED & there is a stone missing on one! Was buying these to wear to a wedding out of the country, really disappointed!!!!

Don’t get Earrings shipped!

Earrings were beautiful. I was in disbelief that earrings would arrive loose & unprotected in a Macys plastic envelope. 1 pair was damaged. Customer service said they would send replaced for damaged set but could not send me boxes for them, I would need to go to a store with items & receipt to ask for boxes for them. Replacement set never came. I went to store, they did not have the color I needed but we tried to unbend the earring as best as we could & they gave me gift boxes. DO NOT ORDER MACYS JEWELRY TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU, EARRINGS DONT SURVIVE. ONLY PURCHASE IN PERSON
