Terrible Customer Service

Called CS about chain should have arrived on Dec 2 when I called on Dec 6 told me I could cancel but did not offer any information on delivery. reply keep item no need to return which would have been great as I really wanted the chain.BUT can’t keep something you never received???

STRENGTH AND BEAUTY

I selected this necklace design for my granddaughter because it's so brilliant, as reviews state, that perhaps thieves will mistake it for costum, while my granddaughter knows that her mother feels that she is RESPONSIBLE enough to have real jewelry. Since she is a hard charging athlete she needs strength but she is also a beautiful young lady, this design shows both.

broke day 2

I picked this necklace up yesterday. I wore it today and received many compliments. Unfortunately, it broke today at the point where the chain is attached to the clasp. I hope I am able to return this.
