Try before you buy

They recommened sizing down half a size, so I did that, but the shoes still felt too large when walking. Felt like they were going to slip right off, so went to return / exchange for half a size smaller. Then the shoes fit better, but hurt my feet. At this point I accidentally threw the box away making it impossible to return or exchange as per company policy, so now I’m stuck with an expensive mistake.

Pain

At first, I thought the shoes fit nice. After 10 minutes of walking in the shoes the back of my heels started bleeding. I'm not sure why that little bump is there

Fit very large. Had to go down a full size.
