Ring bends

I pit the ring in the bag it came with into my purse and the butterfly bent sideways which flattened the ring. when I went it back, it did not break, but feels like it will happen again and eventually break. ring should have came in a box with a note that said ring should stay in box if not on your finger.

Very poor quality

This is not Macys quality it was broken union delivery. After making the 45 minute drive to return the item I was advised this was not Macys but third party vendor from out of country. Was tile would be 3-4 weeks for refund. I did not take 3 week to charge my Macys account. Why should I third party companies have access to charge Macys account. It does not matter how good the sale is when product is not getting sold due to quality.

Very beautiful!

It’s not too small, its not too big. It’s the perfect size for people to notice and wear at work too.
