GV Sterling White gold plated blue earring

I ordered 3 items and only 2. I NEVER RECEIVED this earring and already charged on my credit card, called and reported that I didn’t received this particular item and the rep said it will send the following week but I never received.. please fulfill that you promise or deduct this item to my credit card.
