Flattering, look good, lots of stretch

These are super stretchy, but fit like a glove and stay that way. I really like the white stitching detail. They are a bit short in length, but I think they are supposed to be rolled up and show the ankle. I am 5'5" and my ankles show. I was not sure which size to order, so I ordered a 14W (my usual plus size) and they fit pretty tight, but look really good. The legs are really tight!! I would like to see how the 16W fit, but they are not in my local store. I'm also not sure what the anti hip dip is supposed to be, there is no crease under my buttocks, ???
