The C by GE Smart Switch-Motion Sensing and Dimmer adds smart bulb functionality to traditional bulbs and keeps smart bulbs smart. The smart Wi-Fi switch works as dimmer switch and enhances traditional bulb functionality with motion sensing, out-of-home control, scheduling and scene setting. With motion sensing and ambient light detection, set lights to turn on or off based on natural light and motion in the room. When C by GE Smart Bulbs are installed, the smart switch allows app or voice control even when power is turned off at the switch. Pair the Smart Switch with C by GE Smart Bulbs in other fixtures like table lamps and control your all your lights in the room from one wall switch. Making my dumb home smarter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bit by bit I have been working at making my home smarter. This smart switch went a long way in doing that. I have it set up in my bedroom to connect to my overhead light. By connecting it to Alexa, I can turn the lights off after I am tucked into bed, and I can set a schedule for it to turn on in the mornings so I'm not having to drag myself out of bed inthe darkness. Call me a fan!

Easy!

Love this smart switch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first smart switch we've ever installed in our home. It was a super easy install just like any regular light switch. Then you download the app and sync the switch to the app. I was able to link it to the Alexa by just following the prompts. It was a seamless and simple install. I love this switch! It looks super cool and modern with the little glowing white circle. I love that I can use my voice with Alexa to control the light. It will dim with voice controls too. You can also switch it off and on and dim it at the switch. It's an awesome switch. You can set routines and make it motion activated too if you like!

Modernize your home!

Perfect gadget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not handy at all and I got it install in 20 min or so . This device gets the job done , the switch works like a charm. I connected kind of close to my modem so Alexa and the wifi work great on it but idk how it would be if you set it up a bit further.

Not 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not fully in awe of this product. It was difficult to add to the app and overall confusing. It does not seem to want to stay connected to our wireless network either. The whole systems seems to be a bit buggy.

Great dimmer switch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was quick and easy with with well provided instructions. I placed this in our bedroom and my wife loves it. We both appreciate the voice activation feature so when your comfortable you don't have to get up to turn off the light.

Great Dimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GE Dimmer was very easy to install. It works great with Alexa it allows me to turn my lights off using voice commands. The motions works great allowing my lights to turn on when entering the room, very convenient. Easy to connect to my blue tooth as well allowing me to use my smartphone. The dimmer feature allows me to adjust the lighting to my desire with ease.
