Quality surprisingly bad

Used it three times and it stopped working. I have so many GE Profile products. This one is so bad and disappointing. GE service for this is equally bad. Upsetting.

Rivals any traditonal smoker

This smart smoker is a fantastic product. it can seamlessly cook nearly anything the same as an outdoor smoker. The only downside I have found is it does not work well with any brand of pellets. The pit boss pellets jammed it up but Kona pellets worked really well.

Smoking in the middle of winter

The smoker is well thought out and works well. Don't expect a really deep smoke, but it works great. My only criticism would be, no option to cold smoke. Not sure why software couldn't disable the main heater and only run the pellet heater. Love the machine despite...

Cooks well but leaves smoke stains on walls

The smoker works awesome; has great features the app works well, is a decent capacity for what it is…HOWEVER the cord is too short and with how hot the exterior of the thing gets it will make vinyl coverings on cupboards peel if it’s within 5 inches and even though it’s pretty smokeless it will leave smoke rings on the walls where your pictures hang or furniture was, maybe in a house setting it won’t but in a small apartment it definitely does.
