Clean and easy to use

This coffee pot brews my grounds nice and smooth. The carafe is a little tight pouring into the reservoir.

Error E5 on first use

I received the coffee maker for Christmas last week. After 1st scheduled brew the coffee maker hot plate does not work and the display shows an E5 error. Not a good experience.
