Cute boots but Crappy quality

I bought this boot 2 years ago and only wear it about 4 months out of the year and last month somehow I got holes in the bottom of my boots... garbage! I wish I could return them for being defective. The boots are cute, but I guess its cheap for a reason. Very very disappointed.

I have 4 pair

I love them and during the winter I wear them every day. Black, red and light brown. I receive a lot of compliments on the Brown and Red ones. My aunt was like I love hour booties and I want a e in red. Guess what they sold out quickly but I ordered her brown once a and had them delivered to her. She was super happy as well. I drive in them and walk all day - no issues✅

Smart Purchase

I've never owed any gray boots before. My colors consistent of Black, Brown and Wine colors. So happy I stepped out of my color comfort zone hahaha. These boots are so cute and comfortable. The fur on the inside keeps my toes toasty. I wouldn't recommend wearing them on heavy ugly snow days, more like light flurry crispy days due to the texture of the fabric. I have rocked them to work and on my chill days with leggings. My only regret is I didn't snatch up more colors.
