Disappointed

I was extremely disappointed in the size of the earrings along with the color of the garnet. Moreover, when I attempted to return the earrings, which were late in arriving, the local store would not accept because of the lack of a barcode, which I did not see when I opened the packaged. To further my frustration, I was told that it was my responsibility to reach out to the vendor regarding my return. I called them and was promised a return call, which I have yet to receive. As a longtime Macy customer, I really expected better service. I am left with a pair of earrings that I do not like; thus, they are still in the original package.
