Company ( 3rd party vendor) sent the wrong bed

I wouldn't know how to score, company sent the wrong bed. Unsure if the correct bed will arrive. Hope you don't have to exchange anything. If so,you need to take pictures before item is returned despite it's their error and contents weren't removed from the box. :( Multiple calls to Macy's.
