Cheap and flimsy material

The pictures are deceptive. I was disappointed with the material of the bed. You can find a better bed frame and higher quality for the price.

Buy furniture in person

I wouldn’t have bought this bed if I saw it in person. The storage underneath are plastic. Not as spacious as you would think. I love wood. The headboard and the frame are nice. It will work for now. It has to. I bought it. I’m looking for my forever bed now!

Different look and quality of merchandise.

Unfortunately bed being advertised in Macy's site, is very different from what was being delivered. I'm forced to return it.

wrong item sent

Sent the wrong color and the customer service is terrible. You receive 1 email a day with them offering you a minuscule discount, which I am not asking for. I just want the correct bed frame color I ordered. I do not want a discount. So now we are at day 6 of no resolution. Terrible of macys not to be able to handle this considering I ordered from macys!

Deceiving

Nice bed frame but deceitful picture as advertised. Cream looking cool on picture is really a winter white. Aside from spraying scotchguard to protect it from staining; I will purchase a cover for it as well. The bed frame itself is pretty sturdy. There’s no wobble whatsoever. The headboard in picture appears to look a lot higher than in actuality. It’s almost 20 inches in height. Pictures in general are definitely deceiving. The great thing is you don’t need a boxspring and the drawers are nicely on wheels. It’s a nice bed frame overall because it’s solid and holds mattress nicely in place. Try n get a mattress no more than 12 inches high. 11 is ideal because it’s not a thin mattress. Will certainly keep my headboard for I found solution for the difference in color issue. I’m only giving it 3 stars because of those 2 issues but the sturdiness of the bedframe itself makes it a good buy..

I ordered a beige looking, labeled light grey bed. They delivered a dark grey almost black bed, really different design from what was pictured.
