Buyer beware

I loved the look of this dresser but that is it. Bought from macys, macys took my money. The package arrived damaged and no hardware. Tried calling macys they just give you the run around. You have to email a third party who never responded in 7 days. I called back after 7 days and Macys says they can send another email but I have to wait another 5-7 days for their response. All I wanted was the hardware and no one can respond or figure it out. Very frustrating I will never buy from Macys again. I get this was a third party but I did not exactly know that at the time. But, if Macys is going to allow a third party to use their name and sell from their website then Macys should have some control on what they do or don’t do for their customers. I’m done with Macys!
