Awful Experience!

This is the first time I've been so dissatisfied with a Macy's purchase (card holder for over 35 yrs) It took us ALL day to put together, then at the end a major piece was missing, Its junk!! Couldn't send it back, had already thrown the box away and there were too many pieces to even try to send back!! Waste of money!
