Missing Parts and instructions!

The box was not damaged in shipping, however, all the fasteners, nuts, and bolts were all missing, including the instructions. After five trips to Home Depot to purchase the needed fasteners, we were finally able to put the bed together under great duress. What a nightmare that was! I will never purchase from this company again!

Not worth even the sale price

The frame is easy enough to put together but it does not have any way to hold the mattress in place. It is not recessed and has slats to put a mattress directly on instead of onto a boxspring. The corners are sharp as well and the material is flimsy. Some of the bolts were not cast well, making it hard to use the included tools to assemble. Many screws stick out as well. A hazard for a snag or getting caught on if cleaning under the bed. Overall, skip it. I wish I had more time to return after assembly and trying it. Not a good product.

This frame took forever to come and then when we finally got it there was missing pieces.
