Packaging Needs Improvement

I am writing this review based on the condition that the item was received. The box was demolished. It was leaning to one side. The Styrofoam was exposed. I have not even opened the what's left of the box to see if the item is damaged or if all the parts are there.

Damage and missing parts

Furniture arrived but some pieces we broken or dented. I received none of the hardware needed to put this piece together. Along with missing some crucial parts like the usb connection. Been going back and forth with the company to get this resolved
