Well designed!

Excellent dryer, fast and powerful with a heavy duty long cord. Cord makes makes it very convenient. Dries much faster than others I have tried.

"New" hair dryer is really a used one

Macy's really had the nerve to send me a USED hair dryer. There were fingerprints all over it and the finish was chipped off in 2 places. There is a dent on the side of the main body where it had been dropped. Nasty.

Loved it but returning due to defective button

I loved how the dryer performed I purchased on Sept 17 and am returning today as the low setting is not engaging. So sorry. I loved it until today

High Quality

This is a really nice hair dryer. I have come as close as I think I ever will to have a salon dry blowout. I do use the ION button and it does make a difference. Recommended.

Troublesome ion button placement

The blow dryer is quieter than a different professional brand that I have been using that is wearing out and needed to be replaced so I really like that. Cord at the base of the handle does not swivel so it’s constantly getting twisted and I have to deal with that. My biggest problem is the location of the ion button on the pink one that I chose (the purple was not a choice at the time of my purchase) but I noticed that it has the same issue as the pink one in location of the ion button, every time I go to use it because of gripping the handle your fingers turn off the ion button which is very annoying. If I had noticed pink was different when purchasing I would’ve picked one of the other colors and then I would’ve given the blow dryer four stars one star off for the problem with the swivel cord.
