order one set but received a different one

Why is it so hard to distinguish between the colors ordered than the ones received. I ordered the pink, green and white set but received green, white and a light tan colored. If I wanted those colors I would have ordered them from the get go. Disappointed that the distributor can’t distinguish the colors that were ordered
