I tried these for irregular periods and after taking them for about two weeks I developed terrible anxiety. I stopped taking them and anxiety was resolved.

Beware of Side Effects!

I used this product twice daily for just over 30 days and slowly became more and more depressed until I Bagan contemplating suicide and realized I was Not myself, something was wrong because that was Not me. Thankfully I found an article about another woman's very same experience with Vitex. I stopped it and within days I was fine again. That's Really scary.

Caused Acne

I've been using this for about a month and I've started getting hormonal acne around my chin and mouth. I've never had this before. I think the dosage is way too high and has caused a hormone imbalance for me or there is something in the ingredients that is causing a reaction.

Cycle help

After just a couple weeks use I have already noticed a difference during my period. Shorter symptom length and less flow. Subtracting a star since I haven’t had any sleep improvement yet. Though I will update if that changes!
