Better than all the others...

Gaia Herbs are head and shoulders above other herbs available. Their prices may seem higher, but when you consider how much you need to take of other companies' products to get the same result, their prices are actually very much in line. For instance, with Gaia Herbs, if I take 2 valerian at the same time, I will be so relaxed it darn near will put me to sleep. I bought a more "ecomony" prices Valerian root and had to take 13 to fifteen capsules to get something near the same effect. So I can't rate Gaia Herbs highly enough!

Nothing wrong with the product,

Nothing wrong with the product, just think that Valerian may be too strong for me to take every night. Vivid dreams, groggy in the AM.

I've had trouble sleeping since

I've had trouble sleeping since I stopped taking a prescription sleep aid. After trying many supplements, Gaia Valarien is the one that finally worked for sleep. I take 2 before bed.
