Traceable of ingredients

I like that the box and dark glass bottles have a code to check where the ingredients come from. The dark bottles prevent light degradation. It’s hard to tell if any effect if placebo or the ingredients have efficacious effect. I’ve been sleeping better as I don’t feel sleepy and need my teo cups of coffee in the morning.

I’ve noticed a huge difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve noticed a huge difference in overall energy. Rhodiola should be taken on an empty stomach and then you need to wait 30 minutes before eating. I initially took one in the morning and one in the early afternoon, but it proved annoying to manage the mid-day dose. Now I take 2 of the capsules 30 minutes before eating in the morning, and I’ve been energetic all day.

Mental and physical stamina

Like a breath of fresh air it brings me back to life. I can't live without this stuff. Just when I think I can't possibly do any more (and there's always more, right?) I take one of these and way better than coffee, it pulls me right through and without the jitters. It eases my anxiety and also seems to relieve a mild headache for me so I not only get recharged but I also don't have to reach for a pain reliever and I love that about herbs. Especially Gaia Herbs :-) <3 Seriously, thanks for making this. P.S. As a woman with a uterus, I appreciate that it's not an emmenagogue.

Endurance in a bottle

Mice swim longer on it…you will get over the heart palpitations or you may be taking too high a dosage. Great if you have to do physical work. I like this product, along with ashwaganda for social anxiety and maca for confidence
