Superb!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone was sick in my household. I started feeling some nose congestion. That day the Gaia Black Seed Oil arrived. I took 2 capsules both morning and night for four days and had no further symptoms.

improved my asthma!

If only you didn’t use soy!

I so love your products, but I notice that many of them have soy lecithin in the added ingredients. I wish you would find a better alternative to match your amazing quality of products (soy free, gluten free, mold/fungus free, dairy free, etc.) Having this in your product prevents me from buying it, which is discounting, because I love your company and would love to buy from it and support it more.

Helps mask my diurnal sinus activity

I was so happy to discover that black seed oil can quiet my sinus over activity. I was regularly taking decongestants before and occasional cough suppressants. So glad to get off those.

I am liking this

I started taking it because of recommendations that it would cure everything except death. I take 2 capsules first thing in the morning. And, the surprising thing I noticed after a while is that my dry eye problem is considerably reduced. I was having at least once a day burning and itching in my eyes, that caused me to be unable to see. Eyedrops helped, but I didn't like doing that. Now, it really only occurs about once in a week. Maybe I should increase my dosage......
