Gabrine recliner

We love this chair. We shopped around & looked at every recliner in more than one store. Kept coming back to Macy's. This chair matched so well with our new sofa. It is very comfortable & fits the room nicely!!

DO NOT BUY WARRANTY

Sofa is nice and comfortable although the leather is easily nicked and scratched. Bigger issue is warranty is a total rip off. We bought this 5 piece sofa and a total bedroom set with the warranty for both. We have had issues with both and tried to file claims which were both denied even though they should have been covered according to the paperwork given explaining the program. The program is a total rip-off and either the sales people don't realize how bad it is or they aren't truthful when pushing you to purchase it.

Disappointed

Beautiful Recliner. 12/17/25 An hour after delivery, the headrest button stopped working. Immediately I called customer service to report. They said someone would be calling me to set an appointment to come out. Here we are 3.5 wks later no call from Macy’s, And to top it off, the reclining button doesn’t work at times now. You would expect better service from Macys especially when you spend that kind of $$ and pay for white glove delivery.

Run from this couch

This is by far the WORST couch I have ever owned. There has been multiple electronic malfunctions leaving us with a couch that stays FULLY RECLINED in our living room while we wait 3 MONTHS for the “worry no more” company we paid for to come out and fix. Now our issue is the headrest is stuck fully out. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I wouldn’t wish this couch on my worst enemy. Do NOT buy this couch! It’s incredibly comfortable when reclined. Looks cool. That is about it. This will bring headache upon headache to your household.

worry No More Warranty a scam

Decent sofa. comfortable. It does have large gap when chaise is reclined. DO NOT BUY THE WORRY NO MORE WARRANTY!!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR IT. If you google is reviews of worry no more, many people have had a similar experience as I did. I had pet damage and they said it was wear and tear....it has been on 2 months now. Just awful!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY WORRY NO MORE.

The sectional is nice, but, DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY WORRY NO MORE. They do not cover what they say they will and filing the claim has been a nightmare. My sales person at Macys was great, but I cannot stress enough about DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY WORRY NO MORE.

Great Comfort and LOOK!

I Love our new Reclling Sofa and Chair. It's very comfortable. Everyone compliment me on the comfort and the color. We always buy our Furniture at Macy's because they back up what they sell.

beautiful comforter sofa

I looked for a while for a sofa, most furniture now a days is only available online, thus being able to go to Macy’s furniture and see and touch the item was a plus for me, the sales person Karen was very patient and showed us several pieces. Also kudos to the delivery team, Kurt was pleasant and very professional and knowledgeable about the product as well, he took his time to make sure it was aligned, he was gentle to not scratch the floors and wore shoe covers. I would definitely recommend the sofa and Macy’s Furniture
