Perfect for our family!

Worth every penny, beautiful and comfortable. I had concerns it would be too tall and too dark but I couldn’t be happy. Also think the comfortable couch has brought the kids back out from their rooms.

Lump on couch side

Couch has lump on side. We were told Macy's would fix and haven’t.

Garbage

Awful. Power went out and have a recliner stuck vertical. Totally regret this purchase. Worthless broken couch in less than 10 months.

Wonderful leather sectional

We have had this ivory sectional with three power recline and headrests for three months and love it. Four kids and it's amazing. So far our favorite sectional we have owned. It's firm and so comfortable so it alway looks amazing. The reclining sections are giant and we can fit our kids with us on the two. So easy to clean and wipe off. I wipe it down occasionally even when it never looks dirty. So many compliments and friends ask where to get one all the time. Highly recommended. We have had zero issues with any part of the sectional.

Great quality and comfortable

On two separate visits, we tested out many leather sectionals at our local Macy's home store. This was the only one that looked more modern (less puffy and traditional), had good lumbar support, and the power controls are concealed on the inside of the armrests. This one does not have consoles for drinks or USB ports, but that was not as important to us as the design and comfort factor. Delivery was only a few days ago, but so far we love it. Great purchase.
