I had a good feeling about Macys until this happened. They sent me an open box item. I found the receipt of the previous customer there along with the cut price tags. TOO BAD MACYS. YOU DONT EVEN CHECK WHAT YOU SEND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ????
I was clearly sent an open box item
I purchased this watch as a gift I needed right away, I even paid extra to have it rushed here just in time. The watch arrived with several signs of being a returned/open box item. The metal band was missing its protective plastic film, and the plastic film on the face of the watch looked as if it had been removed, gotten dirty somewhere in the bottom of a dustbin The packaging was torn where the watch is situated into the little box it comes in, like someone had clearly ripped it out. The I noticed someone had clearly used the top of the watch box (stylized, branded design made of a heavy cardboard) as a surface to write a note! there is clear handwriting indentation all over it. Theres no way this happened during shipping because it was in a bubble mailer. I am really disappointed because I do not have time to wait for an exchange. I contacted customer service and they offered me $10 refund (insufficient in my opinion). I would urge others to order this anywhere else but Macys.
