Good soundproofing acoustic foam

These foam panels did a good job in soundproofing. Roommates play games all day long with loud sound. This helps greatly and reduces noise a lot.

Good

I wanted to dampen the sound of my laundry room since it's next to my office and since the walls are bare a lot of the noise was to bounce around. This was 12 piece of dense foam with a felt like touch to it. I was able to line up the door completely with the pieces (it still required some cutting to do) but it helped a lot. Easy to cut with a utility knife, I stuck them to the wall over outlets, etc then cut away what was not needed. Difficult to drill through, need to cut out section with utility knife. This won't block the noise completely but it definitely damped it for me!!
